As a general rule, the works must reduce the building’s non-renewable primary energy consumption by at least 30%, proven with energy certificates before and after the works. Each call may set additional requirements.
What improvements can I make with the grants?
Insulation of façades and roofs, window replacement, new heating and hot water systems, renewable energy installations and accessibility improvements such as lifts or ramps, among others.
How do I know what my building needs?
We carry out a prior survey of the building’s condition and energy performance and propose the measures with the best balance between savings, cost and grant.
