Neighbourhood renovation
Joint actions in defined residential areas, promoted together with the authorities.

Support for the offices that inform and guide residents and associations through the process.
Building renovation
Energy upgrades of entire buildings: façades, roofs, installations and renewables.
Energy efficiency in homes
Specific works in houses or flats to reduce their consumption.
Building logbook and projects
Grants to prepare the existing building logbook and the technical renovation projects.
Main requirements
- Minimum 30% reduction in non-renewable primary energy consumption.
- In colder climate zones, an additional reduction in heating and cooling demand.
- Energy performance certificate before and after the works.
- Agreement of the homeowners’ association and submission within each call’s deadline.
How much can be subsidised?
The amount increases with the energy savings achieved. For building renovation, the reference brackets are:
- 30% to 45% savings: up to 40% of the cost, with an approximate maximum of €6,300 per dwelling.
- 45% to 60% savings: up to 65% of the cost, with an approximate maximum of €11,600 per dwelling.
- Over 60% savings: up to 80% of the cost, with an approximate maximum of €18,800 per dwelling.
Indicative amounts under Royal Decree 853/2021. Final amounts and requirements depend on each regional call.
